State police are investigating after guns were left in a Goodwill donation box in Fayette County Friday.

The firearms were found at the Goodwill store on Mall Run Road, near Uniontown Mall, in South Union Township, state police said.

According to state police, a red Chevrolet Silverado pickup was seen at the store, and an unknown person was captured on surveillance video placing the firearms into the donation box.
