A Texas man died Thursday after a head-on crash along Interstate 70 in Buffalo Township, Washington County.

Joshua Hopkins, 23, of Austin was driving east in a sedan around 1:30 p.m. when he lost control, crossed the grassy median and collided with a tractor-trailer in the westbound lanes, according to the Washington County Coroner’s Office.

The crash happened just before the Highland Ridge Road overpass.
