Driver trapped under dash in Robinson wreck

Emergency crews in Robinson found a driver pinned under the dash following a crash Tuesday morning.

The incident took place around 3:30 a.m. along the 5500 block of Steubenville Pike.

Crews were able to free the driver and place them with EMS personnel, according to a social media post by the Moon Run Volunteer Fire Co.

The driver’s condition and the cause of the crash remain unclear.


Man stabbed in Beaver County apartment

Police responded to a reported stabbing Monday evening in New Brighton, according to TribLive news partner WTAE.

The incident took place at Brightwood Manor Apartments, where Beaver County dispatchers told WTAE that an unidentified man was stabbed in the back.

Transported to a local hospital, the victim’s condition remains unclear.

As of Tuesday morning, charges did not appear to be filed.
