Pennsylvania Game Commission officials want to speak with the driver of this SUV, seen in the area of a dead bald eagle discovered Friday.

Officials from the Pennsylvania Game Commission’s Operation Game Thief are seeking information about a vehicle seen in the area where a dead bald eagle was found Friday.

Game wardens from the commission’s Southwest Region found the eagle along Water Dam Road, near Cherry Valley Dam in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County.

Their investigation suggested a white SUV was in the area, and wardens want to speak with the vehicle’s driver.

Anyone with information is asked to call the commission at 833-742-9453 or Operation Game Thief at 888-742-8001.

The Operation Game Thief program provides a way for people to efficiently and confidentially report tips about wildlife crimes.
