Pennsylvania is the most “All-American” state in the nation, according to a survey commissioned by a Massachusetts-based travel company.

The Keystone State landed a 9.05 out of 10 from Viator, a Tripadvisor company based in the Boston suburb of Needham, Mass.

Viator based its scoring on metrics including home ownership and the number of national park sites and landmarks, sports venues, fast-food restaurants and RV parks and campgrounds.

According to the findings, Pennsylvania has 218 RV parks and campgrounds, the fourth most in the nation. Texas landed first in this category with 551, followed by Florida (384) and California (357).

Pennsylvania’s 19 national parks are more than double what West Virginia (six) has. And the Keystone State’s 169 historical landmarks — among them the iconic Liberty Bell in Philadelphia — is 12 times that of President Biden’s home state of Delaware (14).

While Pennsylvania may be famous for its rich sports culture, its 36 sporting venues don’t come close to Texas’ 116 or even California’s 72. Even Ohio, with 52, topped Pennsylvania.

Only five states could boast more fast-food restaurants than the Keystone State’s 9,850. California had the most, with a staggering 32,424, followed by Texas (21,363), New York (17,276), Florida (16,334) and Ohio (10,252).

Overall, after Pennsylvania, California finished in the No. 2 slot, followed by Florida, New York and Michigan. Virginia, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina and Indiana rounded out the top 10.
