A Tennessee teenager was shot and killed in the early hours of Friday morning outside a Washington County public housing complex, according to county Coroner Timothy Warco.

Emergency officials responded to the Jollick Manor housing complex off of South Franklin Street just after 12:15 a.m. Friday morning, for a report of a shooting.

They found Antonio Martinez, 19, of Clarksville, Tenn., outside the building. He was transported to Washington Hospital where he died at 12:46 a.m.

The Washington Police Department is investigating.
