Thunderstorms brought intense lightning and flash flooding to portion of Allegheny and Westmoreland County on Tuesday, July 30, 2019.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for Allegheny County and Westmoreland County late Tuesday night.

County officials reported flooding in Pleasant Hills in the area of Curry Hollow Road and Clairton Boulevard.

Flooding was reported in Baldwin on East Willock Road and Doyle Road.

Three vehicles were reportedly stuck in flood waters along the 1100 block of Washington Avenue in Scott. The road has been blocked off.

Westmoreland County dispatchers confirm flooding in Penn Township along Sunrise Drive and Harrison City Road.

A tree was reportedly blocking the a portion of Harrison City Road.
