Although the criminal docket sheets for all 10 defendants are publicly available, the affidavit of probable cause in each case is under seal until the date of the preliminary hearing, said District Attorney Jason Walsh.

That hearing is scheduled for Dec. 16 before District Judge Michael L. Manfredi in Washington.

Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges, which include counts, such as riot, corrupt organizations, robbery and aggravated assault.

The defendants charged include:

Walsh would not provide details on the underlying charges or the incident that led to the charges, but said several law enforcement agencies were involved in the arrests.

They include sheriff’s deputies and district attorney’s detectives; the FBI; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives; three SWAT teams — Washington Regional, Westmoreland and Pittsburgh; and officers from West Virginia.
