A 33-year-old woman was killed in an all-terrain vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Washington County.

The Washington County Coroner identified the woman as Janna Slagle, of Marinna.

According to the coroner, the incident happened before 2 a.m. Sunday in West Bethlehem Township.

Slagle was a passenger in a side-by-side all-terrain vehicle that lost control on private property near Field and Stream Club Road and Lawry Lane, the coroner said. The side-by-side rolled over and came to rest in a ditch.

Slagle, who was not wearing a seatbelt or restraint, was ejected. She was pronounced deceased at the scene around 3:15 a.m.

The cause of Slage’s death was pending an autopsy while the manner of death was pending investigation, the coroner said.

State police are investigating.
