Gas line work on Route 8 (William Flinn Highway) in Shaler Township will begin Sunday and continue through late October, according to PennDOT.
Lane restrictions will occur on southbound Route 8 between Old Butler Plank Road and East Pennview Street nightly from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through late October.
PennDOT says crews from W.A. Petrakis Contracting LLC will conduct gas line repair work for Peoples natural gas.
PennDOT is not involved in this work and says it is providing this information as a public service.
