DUI, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge Ford’s Sewickley court
Sewickley District Court Judge Robert L. Ford handled these cases in November. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Sewickley police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• William Franklin, 24, of Beaver Falls on charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license and careless driving. Edgeworth police filed the charges June 4.
• Sean Courneen, 35, of Sewickley on charges of possession of controlled substances and failure to stop at red signal. Franklin Park police filed the charges Aug. 4.
• Adrienne Bartling, 40, of Ambridge on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of controlled substances. Leetsdale police filed the charges Aug. 8.
• Aaron Wrubleski, 38, of Washington on charges of driving under the influence, following too closely, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving. State police filed the charges July 29.
• Ivan Shlyahovsky, 31, of Fair Oaks on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. Leet Township police filed the charges Aug. 20.
• Dyllin McGuigan, 27, of Aliquippa on charges of driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and careless driving. State police filed the charges Aug. 24.
Waived preliminary hearings
• James Chege, 27, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, disregard traffic lane and driving under the influence. Leetsdale police filed the charges May 27.
• Bryan Gary II, 29, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle. Leetsdale police filed the charges Sept. 6.
• Karen Fadzen, 59, of Sewickley on charges of driving under the influence and disregard traffic lane. Charges were filed Sept. 16.
• John Tomaro, 44, of Pittsburgh on charges of harassment and ethnic intimidation. Franklin Park police filed the charges Sept. 22.
• Amanda Bayne, 43, of Glenshaw on charges of possession of controlled substances. Franklin Park police filed the charges Sept. 27.
