Former Willow Restaurant on the market for $1.5M
Willow Restaurant was a dining staple for decades, but now, the spacious former restaurant property is on the market for $1.5 million.
“This is a great location because it’s close to Interstate 279 and 79,” said Tim Fitzgerald of Keller Williams Commercial Real Estate. “And Sam’s Club and Target and other shopping is nearby in Mt. Nebo Pointe, which means it’s a high traffic area. Being on a main road gives this property good exposure.”
Zoned as light industrial, it can be used for businesses other than a restaurant, such as light manufacturing, Fitzgerald said.
“That gives it some versatility,“ he said.
Decades before it was the Willow Restaurant, it was Mardi Gras. The current owner purchased the property prior to the 2020 pandemic and closed for part of the time during the shutdown. That owner reopened amid dining restrictions from then-Gov. Tom Wolf and tried to also utilize the space to host events, but wasn’t able to fully recover from the pandemic and closed for good in October 2024. There just wasn’t enough business to keep operating, Fitzgerald said, adding it was a difficult time for many restaurants.
The property encompasses 12,887 square feet, has a banquet space and sits on a little more than 2 acres.
There is plenty of parking — 110 spaces — and two commercial kitchens, multiple coolers and freezers. There are two full bars and a covered outdoor dining area.
The property is at 634 Camp Horne Road, Ohio Township.
