Fundraisers benefit Animal Friends
As Animal Friends works toward restoring all services, several events to benefit the Ohio Township nonprofit are planned.
From Friday through Sunday, every Pittsburgh-area Primanti Bros. location is participating in an online fundraiser for Animal Friends according to an email from the nonprofit. Enter the promo code ANIMALFRIENDS in the coupon code box for online orders and 20% will be donated to support the facility.
Now through Monday, Pets 2 the Rescue is challenging pets and their humans to complete a 1-mile or 5K walk, run or bike ride. Select Animal Friends as the participating organization at www.pets2therescue.org/northeast and 100% of registration fees will be donated. Follow the event hashtag #Pets2TheRescue.
