Marshmallow peep dioramas at library

The Sewickley Public Library invites all ages to participate in an upcoming Peep Show Diorama Display using those deliciously sweet treats, marshmallow Peeps, as the main characters.

Participants are encouraged to get creative when coming up with a theme, using a favorite book, movie or subject of their choice for inspiration. The library is distributing the Peep Show kits, which are available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants will assemble the diorama at home then bring it to the library by April 1 for display in the library. Diorama scenes can be submitted by individuals or as a group by family or friends with a limit to one entry per person/family/group. Questions about the event can be directed to the Children’s Department at 412-741-0937.

The community is invited to visit the library between April 1-16 to view the special collection of Peep Shows on display.
