In Brief: Sewickley StoryWalk series, farmers market and more in Sewickley area
Sewickley StoryWalks return
Starting May 3, families can visit the five Sewickley StoryWalk sites to take a self-guided walk around the parks and read a book as they go. Different spring-themed picture book stories are featured at each site.
The StoryWalk runs from May 3-23. All participants are encouraged to wear masks and practice social distancing during their visit.

Pop-up book sale
The Friends of the Sewickley Public Library are bringing back pop-up sales in front of the library on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sales will be held every Saturday, weather permitting, and will offer different selections each week. Check the Friends’ Facebook page for details.
Sewickley farmers market is back
The Sewickley farmers market is open every Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. through Nov. 1 at the St. James Church of the Divine Redeemer Parish, 200 Walnut St., in the parking lot.
Flea market
Little Hill United Methodist Church, 2350 Magee Road Ext., will hold a flea market from noon to 7 p.m. April 29 and 30 and a half-price sale from 9 a.m. to noon May 1.
YMCA Summer Camp
This summer, let your kids be kids again at Sewickley Valley YMCA’s Summer Day Camp.
Your child can build robots, dance, become a Lego master or gymnast, explore the outdoors and much more. All camps include art, swimming, games and singing silly songs. The tech-free summer will be a summer to remember.
New this year: Cardboard camp offers creativity and imagination where campers build armor, participate in live-action adventure gaming and seek lost relics.
