For years, we have allowed the Sewickley Hunt Club to cross through our property in Bell Acres. It is always a welcome sight for the young and old.

My grandmother, who will be 93 in April, patiently waits at her door, walker in hand, for a glimpse of the horses as they ride by. My little cousin, who is nearly 2, beams with excitement as the horses gallop down our driveway.

On Thanksgiving this year, the Hunt rode through our property with nearly 15 horses and 10 dogs. The lead horse rider stopped and allowed my little cousin to pet her horse. As you can imagine, his day was made.

The Sewickley Hunt Club is an asset to our community and they have always treated us and our property with the utmost respect. Our entire family looks forward to their next adventure.
