Thanks to Union Aid Society donors

Since 1898, the Union Aid Society has been assisting the residents of the 11 municipalities with financial aid and providing supplemental resources on numerous other local programs. As the saying goes, “This is not our first pandemic.”

There are vast differences between 1914 and today, but the common thread — the increased need for assistance — is apparent. The Union Aid Society Board of Directors would like to express our highest gratitude to you, our donors, for your contributions. Your life-changing generosity has allowed us to meet the growing demands of our neighbors.

We would also like to express our appreciation to Carla Nash, our capable and caring executive director, who has seamlessly adapted to these changing times. Whether she is meeting clients outside the borough building or putting in long hours teleworking, the helping hand of the Union Aid Society has and will continue, uninterrupted.

If you or someone you know would like more information on our programs or to see if you qualify, please contact us at 412-741-9240 or email us at info@unionaidsociety.org.
