Alumni weekend at Sewickley Academy included a sports Hall of Fame induction honoring the late athletic director Win Palmer, Tom Droney, ’10; Tara Utchel, ’99; Katarina Lackner, ’05; and the 2003 Girls’ State Championship soccer team.

The class of 1975 celebrated its 50th reunion with a dinner at Edgeworth Club. The class of 1985 initiated an alumni cycling send-off and a classic car show featured vintage and collector vehicles, which was new this year.

There were food trucks, face painting, a balloon artist and children’s games at the event held Oct. 3-4.

Senior Eddie Aufman provided live music.

Head of School Ashley Birtwell, Sofia DiCicco, Swetha Menon, Lauren Purpura, and Director of Advancement Mark Rhodehamel led the ribbon-cutting ceremony to unveil the newly renovated Senior School, where guests were given tours.

An alumni soccer game took place at Wardrop Field.
