On Oct. 10, Quaker Valley students, parents and community members came together for a good cause. More than $4,000 was raised for the Quaker Valley Best Buddies, a club that promotes meaningful friendships between students with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their typically-abled buddies from across the district.

Classic cars lined the drive as guests tried their hands at the “Dunk a Greaser,” had a hand-drawn caricature made by local artist Sam Thong and enjoyed classic carnival treats.
