Sewickley Public Library, 500 Thorn St., is again offering express library services.

The Express Library gives users a chance to come into the library to browse the collection, check out items and use the public computers. The library is taking precautions to ensure the safety of library staff and patrons, including requiring masks for all patrons, increasing cleaning and sanitizing of highly used areas, offering hours for high-risk individuals and limiting visit times to 30 minutes.

Meetings, private work or study sessions and gatherings are not permitted.

Curbside pickup is still available.

For the latest updates or to register for virtual events, call 412-741-6920 or visit sewickleylibrary.org.

Savoring at Home

Support the Friends of the Sewickley Public Library and join local chefs, a sommelier and a florist in five virtual classes to create the perfect table for Savoring at Home.

Each one-hour virtual class will showcase a different aspect of the meal or help you decorate your table. Can’t join us live? No worries – ticket holders can view a recording after each event. A few days before each class, you will receive a link to the Zoom meeting, the shopping list and the instructions so that you can follow along at home.
