Ryan Mounteer, senior theatre major, served as a sound designer for Slippery Rock University Theatre Department’s Caridad Svich’s “Red Bike” earlier this month. He will also be a sound designer for the upcoming production of “Constellations,” on Nov. 1 at the Stoner East Black Box Theater.

Baldwin Wallace University finance major Dylan Brokos earned an $18,000 Deans’ Scholarship and engineering major Kid Palladini earned a $16,000 Fellows’ Scholarship.

Evan Ragoowansi earned a doctor of philosophy with a major in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta in the summer 2025.

Nathan Thompson, a Slippery Rock University senior safety management major, spent this summer serving as a site safety intern at Blattner Energy in Buckeye, Arizona. A significant portion of Thompson’s time in this internship was spent in the field, meeting and checking on crews.
