The Sewickley Public Library Children’s Department will cohost the second “Sewickley StoryWalk” of the summer with Fern Hollow Nature Center, Allegheny Land Trust – Audubon Greenway and Mary Roberts Reinhart Nature Park.

Starting Aug. 10, families can visit Fern Hollow Nature Center and the Audubon Greenway to take a self-guided walk in the parks and read a book as they go. For two weekends — Aug. 14-16 and Aug. 21-23 — families can visit Mary Roberts Reinhart Nature Park for a StoryWalk display.

Visitors are encouraged to wear masks and practice social distancing.

The StoryWalk at Fern Hollow Nature Center will feature the book “In the Tall, Tall Grass” by Denise Fleming, and the StoryWalk at the Audubon Greenway will feature the book “The Bugliest Bug” by Carol Diggory Shields. Both will run through Aug. 31.

The StoryWalk at Mary Roberts Reinhart Nature Park will feature the book “Butterflies in the Garden” by Carol Lerner.

More information can be found on the library’s website at www.sewickleylibrary.org or by calling the library at 412-741-0937.
