Brentwood High School’s 87th Commencement took place in the school’s auditorium on July 10, recognizing the 91 members of the class of 2020.
Brentwood Borough School District said that multiple adjustments were made to ensure social distancing and adhere to the restrictions that are in place. Multiple ceremonies were held, graduates were only permitted to invite a limited number of guests, masks and/or face shields were required, and the ceremonies were streamed so that those unable to attend could still view graduation.
The high school’s prom was scheduled for July 24, but has been canceled due to current restrictions.
