Burglary, assault and drug charges among cases handled in South Park and Brentwood courts recently

District court judges South Park and Brentwood handled these criminal cases from Oct. 12-20. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Judge Michael W. Thatcher, South Park

• William Charles King, 33, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving without a license, driving while operating privileges are revoked or suspended, improperly turning around in a vehicle, improperly driving in reverse and four counts each of drug possession with intent to deliver and possession of drugs. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 12.

• Ryan M. McNulty, 40, of Jefferson Hills on charges of driving while operating privileges are revoked or suspended, driving without a license and being a habitual offender. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 12.

• Alyssa Conrad, 34, of Charleroi on charges of driving in the wrong lane, speeding, careless driving, driving without a restraint and DUI. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 13.

• Matthew Lloyd, 40, of Monongahela on two counts of drug-related possession charges. They were filed by Pleasant Hills police on Oct. 14.

• Dolly M. Smith, 54, of South Park on charges of burglary, aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed by South Park police on Oct. 14.

• Sara Ann Ringling, 22, of Pittsburgh on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 15.

• Ronald Thomas Conway, 72, of Jefferson Hills on charges of escape, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding, ignoring speed limits in a school zone, operating a vehicle without the proper certificate, driving a vehicle that did not pass emissions tests and two counts of failure to use turning signals. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 15.

Judge Ralph E. Kaiser, Brentwood

• Michael A. Falcone, 21, of Bethel Park on a charge of prohibited acts. It was filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 12.

• Paul Hines, 19, of Pittsburgh on charges of delivery of drugs, possession of drugs, prohibited acts, driving while operating privileges are revoked or suspended and having obstructions in the windshield. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Oct. 12.

• Andrew Loeffler, 34, of New Eagle on charges of prohibited acts, driving while operating privileges are revoked or suspended and following too closely. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Oct. 12.

• Christine Brown, 51, of Dawson on a prohibited acts charge. It was filed by Brentwood police on Oct. 12.

• Brandy Kimberly, 32, of Belle Vernon on charges of tampering with physical evidence and prohibited acts. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Oct. 12.

• Frank Edward Zouloufos, 30, of Pittsburgh on charges of simple assault and strangulation. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Oct. 15.

• Yadu Kumar Subedi, 32, of Pittsburgh on charges of loitering and prowling at nighttime and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 15.

• Michael Costa, of Pittsburgh on charges of harassment and two counts of simple assault. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 19. Police did not offer a date of birth for Costa.
