District court judges South Park and Brentwood handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in district court or Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
Judge Michael W. Thatcher, South Park
• Victoria Alyssa Devlin, 19, of Clairton on charges of prohibited acts. Charges were filed by Pleasant Hills police on Nov. 21.
• John Latine, 41, of Jefferson Hills on a charge of being a habitual offender. The charge was filed by Jefferson Hills on Nov. 23.
• Michael Charle Caterino, 27, of West Mifflin on charges of harassment, simple assault and public drunkenness. Charges were filed by Pleasant Hills police on Nov. 23.
Judge Ralph E. Kaiser, Brentwood
• Artie Ziegler, 23, of West Homestead on charges of receiving stolen property, drivers required to be licensed and speeding. Charges were filed by Baldwin on Nov. 18.
• Christian Updyke, 48, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession of drugs, prohibited acts and leaving a vehicle unattended on private property. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Nov. 19.
• Amanda Culligan, 30, of Pittsburgh on charges of resisting arrest and use of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Nov. 19.
• Tamisha R. Fuller, 48, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving on the wrong side of the road, driving on the side of the road meant for oncoming traffic, having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and a DUI. Charges were filed by Brentwood on Nov. 20.
• Victor Dembinski, 35, of Brentwood on simple assault. The charge was filed by Brentwood police on Nov. 20.
• Leo Schoming, 48, of Pittsburgh on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, driving while operating privileges are revoked or suspended, failing to have proper lighting on the vehicle and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Nov. 21.
• Jeremy Paul Todd, 46, of Pittsburgh on charges of prohibited acts and two counts each of delivery of drugs, endangering the welfare of children and possession of drugs. Charges were filed by Baldwin on Nov. 22.
• Stacy Lynn Stubenrauch, 46, of Pittsburgh on charges of use of drug paraphernalia and two counts each of possession of drugs with intent to deliver, endangering the welfare of children and possession of drugs. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Nov. 22.
• Quintin Lamont Love Jr., 18, of Pittsburgh on criminal mischief. The charge was filed by Baldwin on Nov. 23.
• Destiny Maillard, 27, of Pittsburgh on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Nov. 23.
