Firearms, drugs among charges filed in Brentwood, South Park courts

District court judges in Brentwood and South Park handled these criminal cases from Oct. 20-27. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Judge Ralph Kaiser, Brentwood

• Johnathon Hodgson, 22, of Pittsburgh on charges of carrying a firearm without a license and prohibited acts. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 20.

• James Hollis, 55, of Pittsburgh on charges of stalking and harassment. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 20.

• Terrale Blow, 21, of Pittsburgh on charges of receiving stolen property, endangering the welfare of children, drug possession with intent to deliver and two counts each of prohibited acts and violating a prohibition against selling or manufacturing firearms. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 20.

• Tate Reginold Stanford, 20, of Pittsburgh on charges of recklessly endangering another person and two counts of disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 20.

• Lavelle Anthony Johnson, 35, of Pittsburgh on charges of violating a prohibition against selling or manufacturing firearms, carrying a firearm without a license, delivery of drugs, drug possession, prohibited acts, driving without a license, driving while driving privileges are suspended or revoked and driving with windows that are obstructed from vision. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Oct. 21.

• Gerald Hermann, 31, of Pittsburgh on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 25.

• Douglas Austen, 40, of Pittsburgh on charges of strangulation, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Baldwin police on Oct. 26.

Judge Michael Thatcher, South Park

• Joshua Gerard Williams, 38, of Jefferson Hills on charges of strangulation, simple assault, harassment and failing to notify government of a name change or change of address. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 20.

• Markdean Edward Cook, 37, on charges of theft by unlawful taking and prohibited acts. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills on Oct. 22. Police did not list a home address for Cook other than listing Pennsylvania.

• Samantha Leigh Taylor, 36, of Wall on charges of drug possession, prohibited acts, failing to use turning signals and failing to obey traffic signals. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 23.

• Robert Guy Nardone, 52, of Finleyville on charges of driving while operating privileges are revoked or suspended and driving while not licensed. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 25.

• Laurie Nesmith, 52, of South Park on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by South Park police on Oct. 26.

• Patrisha Shreve, 26, of Hundred, W. Va., on two counts each of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 27.

• Stephen Harry Minton, 34, of Presto on charges of careless driving and a DUI. Charges were filed by Pleasant Hills police on Oct. 27.

• Shelley Rae Samoda, 45, of Belle Vernon on charges of driving with altered or forged plates and operating a vehicle without official certificates. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 27.

• Samantha Lee Shallenberger, 20, of Finleyville, Pa. on charges of drug possession, prohibited acts, driving in the wrong traffic lane, failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, failing to use turning signals, careless driving and failing to use a seat belt. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 27.

• Teresa Nistico, 56, of Clairton on charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Oct. 27.

• Aita Rai, 25, of Pittsburgh on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving without a license, driving while driving privileges are revoked or suspended, reckless driving, having an open alcoholic container in the vehicle and a DUI. Charges were filed by Pleasant Hills police on Oct. 27.
