Baldwin Borough

Mayor David Depretis said that Baldwin Borough will have Halloween as normal. Trick-or-treat is 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31.

Baldwin Twp.

Residents can stop by the township building through Oct. 31 to pick up a pumpkin to decorate. There isn’t an official pumpkin decorating contest, but the township will post pics emailed to nina.belcastro@baldwintownship.com to its Facebook page.

The Township Halloween Parade is coming to residents this year. AT noon OCt. 24, a parade of emergency and township vehicles will travel through Baldwin Twp. to pass out treat bags to children. Children are invited to dress up in their costumes and stand in their front yards to receive their bags.

Trick-or-treat will take place 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31. Those who wish to participate should turn on their porch lights. Participants should wear face masks and practice social distancing.

Brentwood

Trick-or-treat, taking place 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31, is not a borough event, according to borough council. “However, if residents feel comfortable in handing out treats, then (council) are asking them to simply keep their front porch light on to let the little trick-or-treaters know,” said manager George Zboyovsky. “(Council) are asking all trick or treaters and parents to follow all social distancing guidelines.”

Jefferson Hills

Trick-or-treat will take place 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31 with covid-19 restrictions in place. Residents wishing to participate should leave their front porch lights on.

Pleasant Hills

The annual Candy Crawl and Halloween Parade have been canceled this year, but trick-or-treat will take place 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31. Trick-or-treaters should wear a mask, practice social distancing, bring/use hand sanitizer and avoid large gatherings. Those who are handing out candy are urged to leave candy out in a bowl as opposed to handing it out. If children will need to ring your doorbell, it is recommended to sanitize it frequently throughout the night and wear a mask when handing the candy out.

Whitehall

Trick-or-treat will take place 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31.
