Brentwood
Trick-or-treat, taking place 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31, is not a borough event, according to borough council. “However, if residents feel comfortable in handing out treats, then (council) are asking them to simply keep their front porch light on to let the little trick-or-treaters know,” said manager George Zboyovsky. “(Council) are asking all trick or treaters and parents to follow all social distancing guidelines.”
Pleasant Hills
The annual Candy Crawl and Halloween Parade have been canceled this year, but trick-or-treat will take place 6-8 p.m. Oct. 31. Trick-or-treaters should wear a mask, practice social distancing, bring/use hand sanitizer and avoid large gatherings. Those who are handing out candy are urged to leave candy out in a bowl as opposed to handing it out. If children will need to ring your doorbell, it is recommended to sanitize it frequently throughout the night and wear a mask when handing the candy out.
