St. Thomas A’Becket fish fry
St. Thomas A’ Becket church within the Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish will hold its annual Lenten Fish Fry 4-7 p.m. every Friday during Lent for take-out only. Each Friday will feature hand-breaded fresh cod, baked fish, shrimp dinners and kid’s meals. A complete menu with pricing is available on the parish website, triumphoftheholycrosspgh.org. St. Gabriel Church fish fry
St. Gabriel Church, located at 5200 Greenridge Drive in Whitehall, is holding pick-up only fish fries from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Fridays, except Good Friday, April 2. The menu includes fried cod, baked orange roughy, pierogies, french fries and coleslaw. Order online by 2 p.m. on Thursdays at olhpgh.org/stgabff.
Pleasant Hills Community Day
Pleasant Hills Borough is seeking a volunteer to take the lead and coordinate the 2021 Community Day Event scheduled for Aug. 7 at Mowry Park.
The borough is also in need of volunteers to help the event run smoothly.

Pleasant Hills Library open
Pleasant Hills Library is now open by appointment for quick browsing and limited computer use. Properly worn masks are mandatory. Lobby pick up of requested items remains the same.
Library programs continue virtually and the program schedule can be found online at pleasanthillslibrary.org. The library offers craft pickup kits for different age groups, including adults, and visit the library’s Facebook page for weekly story time videos.
