District court judges in Brentwood and South Park handled these criminal cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the appropriate district courts or the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Judge Ralph Kaiser, Brentwood

• Antares White, 25, of Pittsburgh on simple assault. The charge was filed by Baldwin police on Feb. 4.

• Shawn Michael McCaffrey, 39, of Apollo on charges of institutional vandalism, making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Feb. 4.

• Gary Kostiuk, 58, of Brentwood on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Brentwood on Feb. 6.

• Richard Vates, 43, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under a revoked or suspended license, causing an accident involving an unattended vehicle and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Feb. 4.

• Aaron Thompson, 19, of Clairton on charges of receiving stolen property and driving under a revoked or suspended license. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Feb. 8.

• Kelsey M. Lucas, 29, of West Mifflin on charges of disobeying traffic signals, driving on the right side of the roadway, driving on the wrong side of the road and a DUI. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Feb. 5.

• Brian Boris, 39, of Pittsburgh on charges of being a habitual offender, driving under a revoked or suspended license and driving without a license. Charges were filed by Brentwood police on Feb. 4.

Judge Michael Thatcher, South Park

• Hollis Andrew Shaw, 27, of Pittsburgh on charges of failing to have the proper financial responsibility documents, speeding, operating a vehicle without the official certificate, driving without updated emissions tests and inspection and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Feb. 3.

• Jalesa Love Ford, 29, of Homestead on charges of disregarding a traffic lane, not wearing a seat belt and three DUIs. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Feb. 5.

• Richard H. Barkley III, 44, of West Mifflin on charges of operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, failing to produce evidence of an emissions inspection and possession vehicle documents that have been altered. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Feb. 5.

• Natasha Michelle Irwin, 28, of Jefferson Hills on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Feb. 6.

• Maxwell McKenzie Stanton, 23, of Jefferson Hills on charges of simple assault, prohibited acts and harassment. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Feb. 7.

• Neal Lamont Green, 35, of Pittsburgh on charges of speeding, operating a vehicle without the official certificate, prohibition on expenditures for emission inspection and two counts of having altered or forged documents.

• Jacob B. Kutscher, 21, of Pittsburgh on charges of careless driving and two DUIs. Charges were filed by Jefferson Hills police on Feb. 6.

• Heidi Schmidt, 53, of South Park on theft of property. The charge was filed by South Park police on Feb. 7.
