A Jefferson Hills man faces charges after police say he took nude photos of a 4-year-old child and shared them with others.

Matthew Lee, 28, of Snee Drive, was arrested after authorities received a cyber tip from the MeetMe website that Lee had shared a nude photo of a child on its site with another user, according to a criminal complaint filed by a deputy Allegheny County sheriff.

A MeetMe employee alerted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which got law enforcement involved.

The FBI traced the Internet Protocol (IP) address back to Lee, according to his arrest papers. They were able to retrieve a chat transcript in which Lee allegedly offered to take nude photos of the child.

“I can show u anything,” Lee is accused of writing.

Lee faces two counts of sexual abuse of children — one for allegedly taking the photos, and a second for sharing them with another; endangering the welfare of a child; and two counts of criminal use of a communication facility.
