West Mifflin police seek suspect in Speedway robbery

West Mifflin police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect in an armed robbery Monday morning at a local convenience store.

The robbery happened at about 5:30 a.m. at the Speedway store on Kennywood Boulevard, police said.

The male suspect was wearing a dark hoodie, green pants, black shoes, a white mask and blue latex-type gloves, according to police. A white SUV may have been involved in the incident.

Police didn’t indicate what type of weapon the suspect had or what he may have taken.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or contact police at 412-461-3125.
