Teen in critical condition after Mount Oliver shooting

A teen was in critical condition after a shooting Saturday night in Mount Oliver, according to Allegheny County police.

First responders found the 18-year-old man was shot in the abdomen after Allegheny County 911 was alerted to the shooting shortly after 10:15 p.m. in the 100 block of Locust Street.

The man was taken to an area hospital.

County homicide detectives are heading an investigation.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the county police tip line at 1-833-255-8477. Callers can remain anonymous.
