Potholes at Pittsburgh Mills are mall owners’ responsibility

Drivers, watch out if you venture up to the Mills mall in Frazer.

“We get constant complaints,” Ziencik said. “Calls come in every day, but that’s private property. We take care of our township roads.”

‘You took my son away. My whole family’

It was late afternoon on Aug. 24, 2020, when three different men shot at each other at the Three Rivers Manor housing complex in Pittsburgh’s Spring Hill.

Killed in the shooting was toddler Zykier Young.

“I don’t got no hate against you,” His mother, Zaphora Bernard, told Andre Crawford in court. “But you took my son away. My whole family.”

It was one of Crawford’s bullets that went through the window of a second-floor apartment, traveled through three walls and struck Zykier as he lay in bed.
