1 dead after fatal car accident in Fawn

First responders at the scene of a fatal car accident on Millerstown Road in Fawn around 9:15 p.m. Saturday.

A Tarentum man is dead after a car accident in Fawn Saturday night.

Scott Bajack, 27, of Tarentum, was pronounced dead on the scene in the 1300 block of Millerstown Road, according to a report from the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office. The incident occurred a little after 9:15 p.m., the report said.

According to an eyewitness report from a TribLive contributor, multiple emergency agencies reported to the scene, including Pennsylvania State Police, Harrison police, Eureka EMS and West Deer Volunteer Fire Department #1.

The witness saw a pickup truck, with damage indicating a rollover, off the road at the scene.

The Medical Examiner’s Office reported that state police are in charge of the investigation. Fawn police and state police did not respond to a request for information Sunday morning.
