• Free flashlight egg hunt, 7 p.m. March 30 at the Cheswick Christian Academy field, Spruce Street. Bring a flashlight, and basket or bag. Sponsored by the borough recreation board.

• Egg hunt and lunch with the Easter Bunny for children age 1 to 10 March 30 in Freeport Community Park, rain or shine. The egg hunt will begin at 11 a.m. in the park and lunch will be afterward in the lower level of Laube Hall. Donations will be accepted. Sponsored by Freeport Kiwanis Club.
Leechburg
• Community egg hunt, 1 p.m. March 30 in Gilpin-Leechburg Park, Park Road, Gilpin. Gates open at 12:30 p.m. There will be a bike raffle, a magician, photos with the Easter Bunny, food, crafts and prizes. Sponsored by Leechburg Area Community Association and the Leechburg Ministerium.
Lower Burrell
• Free community Easter celebration, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 30 at Grace Community Presbyterian Church, 2751 Grant St. for children 10 and younger. There will be an Easter story time, crafts, face painting, an egg hunt and a visit with the Easter Bunny. Details: 724-339-9661.

• Free egg hunt, 9 a.m. March 30 in Riverview Memorial Park, 318 First Ave. for children 12 and younger. Come early to find your child’s age group. Sponsored by Women of the Moose, local businesses and the borough recreation board.
West Deer
• Easter Bunny Book Fair, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 30 at Russellton Palmer Pharmacy, 738 Little Deer Creek Valley Road. There will be free books, photos with the Easter Bunny and goodie bags.
