Arnold police arrested a man because two women said he walked into their homes and made sexually suggestive comments to them and refused to leave until they threatened to call police, authorities say.

Thomas Slosky, 59, of Laurel Place in New Kensington was charged with a felony count of criminal trespass along with lesser charges that include harassment and reckless endangerment in connection with a Dec. 21 incident.

Slosky was released from Westmoreland County Prison on Dec. 23 after posting $10,000 bond.

All of the charges against Slosky were waived to court at his preliminary hearing Thursday, Dec. 30 before District Judge Frank J. Pallone Jr.

Slosky faces formal arraignment on the charges on March 2 in Westmoreland County Common Pleas Court.

Police responding to a call on Dec. 21 at a home in the 2100 block of Kenneth Avenue were met by a woman they said was “visibly shaken, scared and with a panicked look on her face,” according to a criminal complaint.

She told officers she was in the house with her young daughter when Slosky opened the front door and walked in, the complaint said.

The woman told Slosky to leave and that he was not welcome in her home, but he responded, “I don’t want to be alone right now,” according to police.

The woman said Slosky fled northbound on Kenneth when she called police, the complaint said.

While searching the neighborhood, an officer spotted Slosky walking along Vine Alley and took him into custody, according to the complaint.

While officers were patting down Slosky, the complaint said, a second woman approached the officers and told them Slosky had just left her house on Kenneth Avenue after walking in and making sexually suggestive comments and gestures to her sister.
