Fans of high-powered, hill-climbing Monster Trucks can get a glimpse of the speed record-setting Raminator in Harrison.

The truck is on display to mark the grand opening of the new Cochran dealership along Route 908 for the Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep brands. The new dealership is on the same campus as Cochran’s longtime Ford dealership.

The truck can be viewed until 8 p.m. on Wednesday and from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday.

The Raminator claimed the Guinness World Record for the fastest speed for a Monster Truck in 2014 when driver Mark Hall put the pedal to the metal and hit 99.1 mph.

The Hall Brothers Racing Team of Champaign, Ill., own two Raminator trucks — the one on display in Harrison that was built from a 2018 Ram Power Wagon, and another built from a 2018 Ram Heavy Duty Laramie.

The Raminator also has been named Monster Truck Racing Association’s “Truck of the Year” a record seven times.

Visitors to the dealership also can enter to win a $75,000 credit for the purchase of a vehicle.
