Northbound Route 28 reopens after crash between Russellton, Tarentum exits

Emergency crews responded to a crash that closed part of Route 28 between the Tarentum and Russellton interchanges on Monday, Aug. 21, 2023.

Northbound lanes of Route 28 reopened shortly after 5 p.m. Monday after a crash, PennDOT said.

The 4:15 p.m. crash closed the lanes of the highway between the Russellton and the Tarentum exits.
