A Homewood woman is accused of using a stolen car to steal merchandise from the Walmart in the Pittsburgh Mills shopping complex.

Frazer police charged Janlynn Marie Jordan, 31, with receiving stolen property, retail theft, criminal conspiracy, and traffic violations in connection with the incident at about 6:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Jordan allegedly drove two other people to the Walmart in Frazer and, together, the three stole more than $500 worth of merchandise, court documents say.

The two other suspects are Deondra Shree Bundy and Shane Evans.

Bundy, 30, of Pittsburgh’s Garfield neighborhood, faces charges of criminal conspiracy, retail theft and defiant trespassing.

Online court records for Evans weren’t immediately available Thursday afternoon.

All three suspects have previous convictions for retail theft, police said.

Frazer police Sgt. Aaron Scott was notified of the stolen vehicle from West Mifflin police when the vehicle entered the mall complex, according to court documents.

Officers went to the complex and found the vehicle, which later was confirmed to have been stolen from an Enterprise Car Rental.

Police say they detained the three suspects when they returned to the vehicle and were informed that all three suspects had stolen items from the store.

Jordan, according to police, provided a written statement that said she rented the vehicle from an unknown man at the Walmart in Fox Chapel. She also told police that she stole a shirt.

Police additionally found a hat, gloves and a scarf in Jordan’s jacket, all of which they say had been stolen from Walmart.

Jordan was released from the Allegheny County Jail in Pittsburgh on Thursday on a $10,000 bond. Bundy remained in the same jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing for both women is set for Jan. 14.
