Free Thanksgiving dinners are being offered in several communities in the Valley. Please note the reservation deadlines.
Brackenridge
A community Thanksgiving dinner will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Salvation Army, 917 Brackenridge Ave. Dine in or takeout. No reservations required.

Freeport
St. Mary Mother of God Parish will host a free Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Friendship Hall at St. Mary Church, 610 High St. Dine in, takeout or delivery. Reservations required by Nov. 20. Reservations: 724-448-9251 or stmaryfreeport.com.
Leechburg
Cross Roads Community Presbyterian Church, 271 Main St. Takeout dinners pickup at noon; dine-in dinner served at 1 p.m. Reservations required. Reservations: 724-845-1901 or email church@crcpc.org.
Lower Burrell
Free takeout Thanksgiving dinners will be available from noon to 1 p.m. in the rear parking lot at Bethel United Methodist Church, 150 Alder St. Sponsored by Compassion Network, Bethel United Methodist Church and Jones Turkey Farm.
