The FBI was part of a SWAT team raid Tuesday night on Pine Street in Harrison that resulted in the arrest of Thomas Dorn.

A man arrested Tuesday in a raid on a Harrison home by federal authorities is charged with two counts of making interstate threats for allegedly leaving multiple menacing voicemails.

Federal prosecutors say Thomas Dorn called an unidentified victim earlier this month, threatening to kill them and others — including an unnamed judge — for a supposed dispute over lost wages.

In a separate voicemail, Dorn continues to threaten to shoot the unnamed victim and another for sending papers to his home, according to a criminal complaint filed in the case.

The messages quoted in the complaint are expletive-laden and highly graphic.

A large, forest green armored vehicle was parked outside of Dorn’s home at 21 Pine St. on Tuesday. Several SWAT team members in green camouflage gear were seen going in and out of the house as well as searching for something in heavy foliage near the front door.

Dorn was later led out in handcuffs.

In recent months, Dorn has filed several lawsuits against various individuals and the Nebraska Department of Labor.

In the Nebraska suit, Dorn is seeking $14,000 in unemployment insurance because he was fired “due to no fault of (his) own.”

He mentions a similar dispute in Colorado in the suit.

Dorn’s detention hearing and preliminary examination are set for Nov. 3 before federal Magistrate Judge Patricia L. Dodge.
