Highlands High School is staging its annual “Fall Follies” talent show on Thursday, Oct. 24.
The student-led evening features 24 acts from 78 students in the Highlands Honors and Variations Show Choirs and musical stage crew.
The event is a fundraiser for Highland’s spring musical.
“The monies raised will go toward our student activities account for our upcoming spring musical, ‘Mamma Mia,’” said Highlands musical and choral director Michael Zeiler.
A pre-show at 6:30 p.m. will include three acts.
The Variations Show Choir will kick off the evening at 7 p.m., with a performance of Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now.”
The audience can expect to hear ukulele, guitar, drums and piano performances and numerous solo acts.
Look for a special finale performance of Michael Jackson’s hit “Thriller” by the Variations Show Choir.
