In wake of dog attacks, second chance trick-or-treat scheduled in Tarentum

Because of a dog attack that disrupted trick-or-treating in Tarentum on Thursday night, residents are organizing a “Second Chance Trick-Or-Treat.”

It will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Riverview Memorial Park.

It is aimed at families who were affected by the incident in the area of East 7th Avenue and Ormond Street. Any residents with extra candy or who would like to donate some are invited to attend.
