A section of Logans Ferry Road in Plum will have a single-lane restriction until summer after a landslide on a short portion of the roadway.

The stretch sits between Browntown and Webster roads. New stop signs have been installed at each end as well as signage before the section that is restricted to one lane, according to a release from PennDOT.

The road is set to remain that way until previously scheduled work can occur in late May or early June, according to PennDOT spokesman Steve Cowan.

It’s unclear what caused the landslide, but Plum Manager Dave Soboslay said he did not think it was related to recent snow.
