A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a New Kensington woman accused of threatening a Westmoreland County caseworker Friday morning after a child custody hearing at the county courthouse in Greensburg, police said.
The suspect, Ronica S. Paine, 46, of Leishman Avenue, allegedly threatened the female caseworker by saying, “I’m going to kill that (expletive).” The victim told Westmoreland County Park Police, which provide security at the courthouse, that Paine would harm her if the opportunity arose.
Park police filed charges of terroristic threats and harassment with threatening or obscene words with Greensburg District Judge Chris Flanigan.
