Kiski police accused an Apollo pizza delivery man of selling marijuana to a juvenile who then sold some of his marijuana to another juvenile.

A 22-year-old pizza delivery man from Apollo is accused of selling marijuana to a juvenile who later sold some of it to another juvenile.

Kiski Township police Sgt. Thomas D. Dressell, the township’s officer in charge, said Joseph Thomas Kusserow sold 6 grams of marijuana to a minor for $80.

Dressell said he later saw that juvenile sell about 2 grams to someone else for $30 in a parking lot along River in North Apollo, which Kiski police also patrol.

Kusserow was driving a car and delivering for a Kiski pizza shop when he was arrested by Kiski police at the BP Gas station.

Kusserow allegedly had marijuana and about $370 on him when arrested.

Kusserow is charged with felony drug sales, two other drug charges and corruption of minors.
