A Ford City girl who went missing Friday night was found and returned to her parents by Southern Armstrong Police.

Gabriella Dunmore, 14, went missing sometime after 5:15 p.m. Friday, possibly heading to Pittsburgh, police Chief Chris Fabec said.

The police department sent an update on the case via Facebook saying Dunmore was found “safe and not injured.” Police found Dunmore around 4 a.m. Saturday by obtaining an IP address from her TikTok account and tracking it to a residence in Apollo, Fabec said.

Police said earlier Friday night on Facebook that Dunmore was believed to be with Nicholas Weckerly, 21, no address given.

Police said they located Weckerly on Friday night and questioned him. The investigation is ongoing, and it is unknown if anyone will face charges, Fabec said.
