Police seeking Indiana County men who they say stole ATV from Kiski Township

Kiski Township police are looking for two Indiana County men who they said stole a Wildcat side-by-side, all-terrain vehicle from a township home.

The theft of the lime green Wildcat ATV was reported to police on Sept. 16.

Police said they are asking the public for information about the whereabouts of Jacob Penrose, 35, from Clarksburg, Pa., and Joseph Wissingerm, 37, from Clune, Pa.

Felony warrants have been issued for their arrest.

Police said they have a photo of who they believe is Penrose driving the Wildcat in the southwestern portion of Indiana County.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kiski Township police at 724-478-3357.
