New traffic signal installed at the foot of Tarentum Bridge after the old one was struck last month

Traffic was temporarily diverted from East Sixth Avenue in Tarentum on Wednesday while crews from the borough’s electric company replaced a traffic signal at the foot of the Tarentum Bridge.

The light was damaged last month after being hit by a truck, borough officials said.
